3. Do you have MOQ limited?

A: Yes, we have MOQ for mass production, it depends on different part number.

we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable. This is no quantity limit when the model have stock.  

4.Which payment term do you support?/How can we make the payment?

A: We support payment term included T/T, Western Union, Money Gram, PayPal, and L/C

5.What‘s your lead time?

A: 7~10 days after received your payment. But it also depends on order quantities and part number. If you want to know more details, please feel free to contact us.

6: Do you have 3-party testing report or certificates for your products?

A:Our cell have already qualified with UN38.3, CE, IEC62133, KC, Rosh, Reach, BIS, CB and UL etc, we can also help to make report accordingly as you required.

7. Is it OK to print my logo on product?

A: Sure, we can design new sticker and packaging with your logo, we make OEM brand for Chinese domestic and overseas markets. Please tell the requirement details before we arrange production.

8.What about your price? Can I get a low price if I ordered large quantity?

A: For the price, it depends on your quantities. The larger quantities you buy, the better price you will get.

9. What is your warranty? 3.2 volt lithium phosphate battery

A: We offer 12months warranty for lipo and li ion batteries and packs, some Lifepo4 packs warranty can be 5years.

10. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

A:We suggest sample & small orders to be shipped via our shipping partners who have excellent UPS/DHL/FEDEX/TNT service, it usually takes around 3-5workdays. Big order can be shipped by sea, delivery time depends on destination ports.
